Special Investigations Unit and Ministry of the Attorney General

The Ministry of the Attorney General was found to have failed in supporting the provincial Special Investigations Unit and in implementing recommendations the Ombudsman made in his 2008 investigation, Oversight Unseen.

Investigation launched in June 2007. Report released December 14, 2011.
