Education

We can help with your concerns about education in Ontario. Our services are confidential and free.

For example, we can help you with:

  • School issues like registration, busing, discipline and special education
  • Early childhood education and daycare
  • Closed school board meetings
  • Post-secondary issues like admissions, fees and financial aid
  • Adult learning and training

 

You can complain to us about:

  • Public school boards and school authorities
  • Publicly funded universities and colleges of applied arts and technology
  • Ministry of Education
  • Ministry of Colleges, Universities, Research Excellence and Security
  • Skilled Trades Ontario
  • Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)

Make a complaint

 

There are some things we can’t do. We can’t:

  • Take complaints about:
    • Labour issues
    • Teachers
    • Private schools
    • Private universities
  • Reverse decisions of elected officials

If we can’t help, we’ll tell you who can.
