Fairness by Design: An Administrative Fairness Self-Assessment Guide
Canada’s provincial and territorial ombudsmen developed the "Fairness by Design" self-assessment tool to help public organizations ensure their policies, programs and practices are fair and consistent with the principles of administrative law and the standards of fairness.
