A Francophone reported to us that the Black History Month messages displayed on the electronic destination signage of GO Transit buses were in English only (as were many similar messages throughout the year).
RESULT: As a result of our intervention, Metrolinx updated all public relations messages in its database to include bilingual versions to be used in GO Transit buses’ electronic signage.
