The Ombudsman did not uncover any evidence to support the complaint that council members for the Township of Nairn and Hyman discussed a community investment proposal from a mining/explosives company behind closed doors. Public meeting documents show that the proposal was discussed at public council meetings before being approved at an October 7, 2013 council meeting.
