He used his office, and when I say used his office I mean that in the best way: to fight for people. You remember, he took on the whole lottery ticket fraud, and when people were sort of buying their tickets in good faith, putting down their money, finding out that other people were somehow, you know, fixing the system, he took that on and he wrote a report and called a spade a spade and just said, look, that's fraud and we're not gonna put up with that.
